Benjamin J. Dollins is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Ben worked in business management before pursuing his Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul. During law school, Ben served as a student attorney with the Washington County Public Defender’s Office in Stillwater, MN and assisted small businesses as a student attorney in the William Mitchell Business Law Clinic.  In addition, he interned with British Telecom’s legal department in London, England.

Ben worked as an attorney for a downtown St Paul firm after passing the bar and receiving his Minnesota Attorney License.  He is also licensed to practice in the Federal District Court of Minnesota.  He practices in the areas of business, employment, and real estate law, estate planning, and general litigation.  Ben is a member of the American, Minnesota, and Ramsey County Bar Associations, and the White Bear Area Chamber of Commerce.

Ben lives in the White Bear Lake area with his wife, Haley, and son, Truett. He enjoys camping and canoeing, bicycling, golf, and spending time with his family.
